HTC, has officially launched Desire VC smartphone at a price of Rs 21,999 in India. With the dual SIM attribute, it enables convenient switching between CDMA and GSM Networks. The HTC Desire VC has an official MRP of Rs. 23,300 which the company
has revealed that customers can grab it for a best buy price of Rs.
