Reliance Communications (RCom) has launched a spoken English mobile learning program called Learn English, which is available in nine Indian languages namely Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu and Malayalam. The program teaches spoken English through simple stories, conversations and similar every-day situations that the common man can relate to.

Learn English can be subscribed to using a Reliance mobile for Rs 20 per month with 45 minutes of free browsing on the toll free number 51234407. Subscribers have the option of selecting their level of learning (basic or advanced), based on their proficiency in the language. They can also select specific professions, situations or conversation topics. Daily SMSs and practice tests are a part of the learning package.
